COMMUTER STUDENT   or   HOUSING STUDENT   and the   HEALTH FORM

.Every student must have a Registration Form and Health Form completed, and on file,
before they will be allowed to participate in the BLAST OF BRASS Summer Brass Conference.

There are no refunds after June 1, 2011.
